Categories we accept

Cars & Sedans

With many Richmond locals needing trucks for work or outdoor activities, these vehicles help keep our community moving.

SUVs & Crossovers

SUVs and crossovers can be auctioned or repaired for resale. If they are not in running condition, parts may be salvaged to maximize value.

Perfect for families in Richmond, these larger vehicles help transport kids and gear around the city.

Motorcycles generally enter the auction market, bringing in funds for vital community services. Non-running bikes may be repaired or stripped for parts.

Richmond's vibrant motorcycle culture means many locals enjoy riding as a way to explore our beautiful surroundings.

Boats can be sold through auction; those non-operational might be dismantled for valuable parts, ensuring that every donation counts.

While not as common in central Richmond, boats on nearby waterways can significantly enhance local recreation.

Commercial Vehicles

Commercial vehicles usually go to auction or are refurbished for resale, bringing in essential funds to support our mission.

With Richmond's bustling business scene, many commercial vehicles contribute positively to our local economy.

Non-running Vehicles

Even if a vehicle isn’t running, it can still be valuable for parts or recycling, with proceeds going directly to support community programs.

In Richmond, non-running vehicles can help people clean up their properties while contributing to a cause.

Condition guide

When donating your vehicle to RevUp Richmond, it's essential to understand our criteria for vehicle condition. We accept both running and non-running vehicles, which means even if your car won’t start, it can still contribute to our mission. Vehicles with salvage titles are also welcome, as their parts may be salvaged for resale, and the proceeds help fund our community benefit programs.

However, not all vehicles qualify. If your vehicle has a significant lien on it or is missing a title, additional measures must be taken to evaluate its donation potential. Each case is assessed individually, ensuring that your donation can have the greatest impact on our Richmond neighbors in need.
